will rest days restrict my ability to lose bodyfat?

    you need to rest a muscle group in an off day between workouts.
    Some people will work out alternating muscle groups every other day so that each muscle group has a day of rest between.
    The rest is 50% of the workout. Without it, you just won’t grow muscle tissue.
