i run track too, but i trained. even a little bit of training will keep you fit.
but if u didnt...
ok, if u were running hard for at least five days a week (being like a slug for 2 hours after practice), then you will improve slighty bc that means u were overtraining.
then basically, the less you train during the season, the more ur fitness will decline
run 5 miles 2morrow to jumpstart ur heart. do some situps/pushups tonight</description>
