    Do an Internet search. Put in Swiss ball exercises for the abdomen. Go to a store where they sell them, they should come with an exercises book.

    push ups on the ball (20), lay on back and crunch up (20), lay on back hold ball with ankles above head, grab ball with hands and extend hands behind head while extending legs downward. Pull back up and switch ball to ankles bending down again. Repeat 20 times. Do this whole ab circuit 3 or 4 times.
