The only and main downside that I’ve seen to this diet program is that it’s great to get those cheat days, where you can eat what it is you like, but the problem is that a great week can be completely negated.
You worked to diligently and tried so hard to eat right, exercise and stay on this cool diet, but then you eat so many calories or the wrong things and all that progress goes down the toilet, leaving you wondering why it’s not working…
Fact: 1 pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. In other words, you need to create that caloric deficit of 3500 calories in order to lose 1 pound of weight.
Example: 1 Beer = 140 Calories
Okay, so, 1000 or more calories with a cheat meal could honestly set you back for an entire new week!
Be very careful when eating on your cheat days!
Selectively cut back calories in different places that are least noticed to you on those cheat days so you actually can make room for cheating.
In reality, the less you cheat, the less calories your intaking, the more results you’ll see.
A great tip is to cook at home when you’re cheating. Instead of picking up a Whopper, make a great, huge hamburger at home with all the fixins you like. Instead of getting a milkshake at McDonald’s, go to the grocery store, get some fabulous ice cream and skim milk and mix that in a blender with whatever flavoring you like. Try fruit, cocoa or vanilla extract! Also, try organic choices whenever possible or available.
