
I’m in nursing school which makes it very difficult to eat healthy all the time and I’m also trying to lose weight before my wedding in May 2010. I saw this program and thought it could be worth a try since it involves sensible eating without excluding food groups you like but eat in moderation. I purchased it today and hope that it’s worth it. What do you think of the program and/or have experienced??
