How Can I Improve My Overall Fitness?

If I wish to improve my results for next years school fitness tests in february. It requires improving endurance, speed, strength, flexibility, power. Im in year 9 and Im a guy currently average slightly above the grade but my fitness has slipped dramatically since year 6.

try running 3km a day? and eventually raise the distance every month. do 20 push-ups a day 50 sit-ups a day and do short distance speed-running if you can, lift weights and etc.it will probably help if you keep doing it AT least 3 times a week until febuary
that girl above me is right.. do P90x seriously! it may sound like we’re advertising it but it really does work.. the great thing about it is its really simple, no fancy gadgets needed, dumbells, pull up bar, and determination to do it, thats all.. this thing has improving your overall fitness laid out for you.. its easy but tough.. so seriously, check it out!
Do P90x it works I’m not kidding its like freaking boot camp! Not for the beginner though so if you are above average when it comes to your fitness then it will work for you.
Exercise daily in regular amounts and eat less junk food and stock up on fruit. If you use this routine, you should eventually become fitter..
Well book ur ideas up and stop pratting about at school you need to take a look at ur work more neva mind other pople
