How Do I Get Energy For Exercise Without Using Pills?

I know that after awhile the exercise itself will give me more energy. What I want to know is how do I get the energy and motivation for exercise until then? Pills are not an option for me. I get too many side effects and most of them contain stimulants that I cannot have due to my anxiety disorder.

Eat well and get enough sleep, if you start exercising and don’t up your food intake you will just get more and more tired and exercising will be too hard. Eat a good breakfast and drink lots of water.

keep exercising..set a target and reward urself after completing it…don overdo:)
keep to a exercise program.your the only one who knows your limits
Are you eating healthy?? Make sure you are eating enough, and that should give you the energy to do exercise. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours sleep every night, and drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day (more if you are going to be exercising).
