    Start exercising at least 3 times/week. To gain weight, and I’m assuming you mean muscle, you should lift weights. As for your diet, it’s important that you eat a variety of foods, but should probably increase your calorie intake by 300 – 500 calories or so. This increase can be adjusted based on your activity level, age, weight, etc. I would also suggest to eat more protein because it builds more muscle. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat.     EXTRA CALORIES THAN NORMAL NOT GOOD IDEA, ONLY SLOWS DOWN THE ENTIRE PROCESS !!!!!!

    eat more caloriers,if you eat more you will lose the energy sorce rather then burn off fat
