How Does Diet And Other Aspects Influence Sperm, Thereby Affecting The Health Of A Baby?

So, my wife and I are trying to have our second child, but I want to know how my diet and such affects the sperm, which would then affect the baby? Is what the mom eats and does during pregnancy always more impact on the health of the baby? I am a non smoker and don’t drink any alcohol and have a fairly healthy diet, not A+, but above a C I would say. I am just wondering how all this affects the babies health via me?

It’s a good thing you do not drink alcohol. Children born with “fetal alcohol syndrome” can have developmental problems all their life. Both of you should just eat a healthy diet, and don’t gorge on any one thing.
I’m not sure how much your health will affect the baby… but it WILL affect how easy it is for you to conceive. So take your vitamins and make sure you’re eating well.
