How Long Does It Take For Your Body To Process Weight Loss After Exercise? When Would It Be Noticeable?

This is kind of hard to explain. Say my body requires 2000 calories a day so I consume 2000 calories in one day but burn 2500 at the gym. I have therefore burnt 500 more than by body needs. How long does it take for your body to process this weight loss? Is it immediate or is there a process which takes a certain amount of time? I hope this makes sense!

Well first of all burning more calories then you consume is not healthy, as your body needs calories as an energy source to work properly and metabolize. But that is not the question being asked. Weight loss is and always will be a gradual process. You may feel flushed and toned after one workout, and at times bloated and feeling disgusting after another. The best time to see results is in the morning right when you wake up. You may not notice anything different really, but then you try on a pair of pants and they feel pretty lose. That is most likely the first step in realizing results. Make sure you are getting all your vitamins though.
