But that is not the question being asked. Weight loss is and always will be a gradual process. You may feel flushed and toned after one workout, and at times bloated and feeling disgusting after another. The best time to see results is in the morning right when you wake up. You may not notice anything different really, but then you try on a pair of pants and they feel pretty lose. That is most likely the first step in realizing results.  Make sure you are getting all your vitamins though.</description>
