I want to start jogging everyday. i am 15 and female and i am not overweight but my fitness isnt great. how long should i run for everyday?
My holiday is in 11 weeks and if possible i would like to see a difference by then

  • First off, you shouldnt run every day, you need to let your body rest if you want the results you are looking for.
    But you should shoot for miles per week. Start out with 5-7, then bump it up a few miles every week if you can. I find that setting up your miles per week will not throw off your whole routine. I run around 30-35 miles per week. I usually run 4 days a week, but if I miss a day I just add on to my other runs.

    You should run for about a mile (if possible)
    otherwise…. just run as much as u can, until u get tiresd, and everysingle day add on about 5 more minutes or at least 1 or something u now. start small end big. ex- my fist day all i ran was like .5 mile, next day about .6, next .7, and so on,and now im like 4 miles in the mornign b4 school and other excersise.
