I’ve been reading that exercise a few hours before sleep help you sleep better.
I’ve been exercising the last 5 days or so but still have trouble sleeping.

Some have suggested an hour or two before you go to bed, others say it will inhibit your sleep and keep you awake. I do my walking/jogging in the morning right out of bed on a treadmill, before I eat, and heavy weight lifting after I get home from work, about 4 p.m. For me these are my best times to exersize, and I always fall to sleep within about 10 minutes. Each person has to find his best time, for you, maybe closer to bedtime is not the right time. Have you tried doing it first thing in the morning?
I read the opposite! When I exercise before bed I get energized afterward and can’t go to sleep. I would try to do it in the morning.
no less than 4 hours before bedtime. otherwise the adrenalin rush or endorphin rush or whatever they call it……that will keep you up all night.
