I am just wondering….How much activity/fitness does it take to work off a medium- sized danish? or a similar cake/treat….
Also if I eat sweets however also work out a lot….would this be preferable to no sweets at all and no work out?

alot like if its a cake/treat then it probably has like 250-350 calories.
30 minutes on a treadmill for me is like -50 calories.
So about 2 1/2 hours!
But bikes make you lose more calories..or swimming..or you can dance thats fun…heh
How about eat smaller sweets so you can have the taste but also work out some, so its not as hard to work it off.
depends if it has cheese and other fatty stuff
an hour on the treadmill? med speed
little sweets and moderate workout
