
i do 30 minutes running every day, i eat healthy and do a variety of weights every day as well as sit ups press ups. im thinking about buying whey protein powder but don’t know if this is enough fitness to start using protein powder??

if you are in decent shape and not fat
i would continue to run and not take the powder
the powder is good if you work out 4-5 times a week with weights
otherwise it will make you fat
just keep running it is the best for you and your body
