It’s hard to give a percentage, but the first “success” on the weight scale (=first few pounds lost) is definitely water. Drink lots of it – even a gallon a day will not hurt you, but avoid all “sugar water” drinks (=most if not all store bought beverages). Lots of water will help your body get rid of all byproducts easier. Only downside is more frequent visits to the bathroom
