Eat only 2 meals per day. I know this may sound crazy to you but this is what most Israel people do. They eat once in the morning and once in the evening. When you first start to do it, it may be very uncomfortable for you so what I suggest you to do are to have small meal in between this 2 meal.

You can eat a bowl of salad or drink a bowl of soup. Both type of food are not heavy type of meal so you won’t be putting much weight eating them.

Tip #2

Drink plain water instead of soda drink or coffee. Soda drink are plain unhealthy to your body as it contain high level of sugar content that will make you fat.  Therefore you want to drop drink like soda or coffee immediately.
