    Many so-called “health foods” are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat… yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.

    Just to add a contrary note, I’d have to suggest you drop the ‘quick’ part. Almost always, and there appear to be some lucky folks answering who claim otherwise, if you do do it fast, it’ll reappear just as fast.
    Changing habits takes time, and requires understanding why you do what you do, whether eat poorly or don’t get enough proper exercise.
    If you don’t have junk food at home, don’t hang out in places that sell it, you can eat less of it. If you say something like ‘I can park ten blocks away and not pay for more expensive parking,’ you save money AND exercise.

    Well for a start stop eating junk food, start running a mile every other day and eat light food, so no carbs or proteins. Don’t take supplements like hydroxy cut because that just mean your a lazy a55 slob. Drink plenty water it increases metabolism. Eat 6 small meals a day it also increases metabolism. BJ Penn eats 5 small meals a day, I hope you know who he is btw.

    u have to decrease the unhealthy food and u can replace this by eating more vegetables and u have to do exercises like running and exercises of belly and drink more water and decrease soda as you can and u can also read this article at http://articles.onlineweblibrary.com/Art…

    Drop as many junk-foods as you can. Try not to buy things for their convience. No 90 second meals. Then eat some goji berries and other fruits and vegtables. Try to stop eating grains (Pizza crusts, bread, ect…) and sweets. Grains break down into sugars in your body. Also, I reccomend buying some fish oils, pure, and full of omega 3 (I buy them in pill form, however taking them in liquid form is fine I guess). That’s about it. Good luck! :D

    cut out the junk food, best way to lose weight is cardio and you cant just lose belly fat, u lose fat from everywhere.
    I use to eat junk food alot, but once i started dieting and working my *** off i felt bad about having a burger or w/e so i stopped eating junk food

    Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, many would say impossible, but the sole method that clearly worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials left, it was highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I shed twenty pounds, it clearly does produce results!
