I Have A Question About Fat Loss?
![]() |
For the past 2 weeks, I have been jumping rope for a total of one hour a day, eating healthy, eating 5 small meals a day, doing weight training 3 times a week for half an hour each time. It is also accompanied by push-ups and crunches. Am I well on my way to losing a lot of body fat?

Yes you are. To make your workouts more interesting, play sports or go biking or running. There are tons of stuff to do other than jump rope only (granted jumping rope is really good for you).
But, yeah, keep it up!
Maybe you don’t, but I get tired of going to the gym and working out. I saw an awesome link (listed below) that provides great tips for variety so you can get into your weight lifting while getting fit.
