Is It Really Impossible To Target Fat Loss?

Because since I’ve been lifting weights, I have pretty much stripped my arms of fat. I also run, and have very little fat on my legs. But my stomach is still flabby, and I do hardly any abdominal exercises (I know I should!).
My body seems to be proving that you can target fat loss…or is there something I’m missing?
P.S If someone spams me with a green tea answer I will report you!!!

    cardio will target fat all over your body. doing abdominal excersizes will build the muscle on your stomach, but it will build it underneath ur fat, making you have a bigger stomach. just do more cardio.
