You can make your own health and diet journal. Buy a small journal with lined paper in it or a notebook. List the entrys at the top: Date, Exercise Routine, Diet, How You Feel. Tracking the “how you feel” part is a great way to find out which exercises or foods might be problematic. In the back add pages: your measurements with the date, weight with date, and “Key to your Exercise Routine” (if your routine is complicated you won’t have to keep writing the same thing, you can just refer to that page). Keeping a journal is a great way to increase our awareness of your diet and exercize and see where you could make changes!
you can buy nintendo wii it has a wii fit board where you can set a goal for how much you want to loose and the period of time you think it will take you to loose that weight. with the wii fit you will choose a personal trainer that will help you work out. it also have a lot of fun games that keep you moving and a yoga program. you can track your progress with the every week weigh in.
it’s fun and affective.
Keeping an online chart could be a good idea to start with. You can save your chart and get back to it whenever needed. I’ve heard some people talk about TabUp.com as a good organizer. You could probably check it out and see if it works well for you. Happy Exercising!
