EGGS ( 1 medium size ) 6 grams
MILK (1 pint or 568ml) 19 grams
LOW?FAT YOGURT (plain) 150g 8 grams
FISH (100g or 3.5 ounces) 21 grams
CHEESE cheddar 100g (3.5 ounces) 25 grams
ROAST CHICKEN 100g (3.5 ounces) 25 grams
MEATS AVERAGE (100g or 3.5 ounces) 25 grams
One more thing.  Consider taking fish oils high in EPA/DHA.  
This will help you lose weight too.  6-10 grams a day will work wonders.  If you are a male, take in more DHA than EPA.  Fish oils should be at the top of everyones list for overall health benefits.</description>
