What Is A Good Exercise To Strengthen The Inner Thigh?

I need an exercise to strengthen my inner thigh muscles, that does not require any equipment. I go to the gym five days a week and run on weekends, but I still don’t have very good muscle definition or strength in my inner thigh.
Any suggestions would be great! (Ideally I am looking for something like a squat or push up or something…)

I get down on my hands and knee’s and i lift my leg straight out to the side of me…kinda like your a dog about you lift your leg and go piss …LOLLLLLLLL and i do like 40 on each leg..and you’ll feel like your about to pass out after bout 50…haha they work good for me.
dancers use this one a lot, it stretches and tones at the same time.
lie on your back with your feet straight up in the air. legs straight. move them to a v shape and back again, do this 3 sets of 15, and the last set move your legs down as far as they can go.
This is what I do and it’s perfect and easy. buy a stress ball and then you put it between your knees and sqeeze. It’s easy, portable, and you get a workout right where you want it.
Do 50 sit ups daily and increase the number of sit ups if you can.Just check your thigh after a week.You will find it as hard as stone
wall squats!
