What Is The Best Diet That Is Good For Fat Loss And Easy To Stick To Without Starving Myself?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Leigh M,
Hello! I would like to dispel a few myths about “dieting”.
First, diets aren’t good for your body because mostly they have you restrict your calories (putting your body in starvation mode) thus cannabalizing your muscles.
Second, most people who go on “diets” gain the weight back.. and some.
Lastly, you get discouraged and end up either dropping out of eating properly and exercising or you gravitate to the next fad “diet” that you think will work for you.
Honestly, I don’t know your physique, your eating habits currently or your exercise regime to give you “specific” advice. What you need to do is find someone (A mentor) that can guide and direct you in healthy eating, strength and conditioning of your muscles and maintaining your weight once you lose the amount you need.
I’ve done heavy research in this area (not only for myself, but for my wife as well) and can recommend some great resources for you to research on your own and find a “system” that works for YOU!

There are many factors that go into what type of
exercises you should do as well as what foods are best
for your body. These resources I will give you will help you
determine that and help you move in the direction of losing
your weight and keeping fit and healthy.

    Caroline’s advice is great.
My advice is eat anything you want…just not as much.
Want a slice of cake? Sure! Just tell the server to cut half a slice.
Want some fries? Sure! Order small instead of extra-jumbo.
If you cook for yourself then cut the portion size.
Remember: you’ll eat whatever is on you plate so put less on your plate.
It’s truly amazing how much less we can eat and still be healthy. You must convince yourself that half of what you used to eat is enough to sustain you.

    none.

Low GL diet – See any ION trained nutritionist, or books such as The Food Doctor Everyday Diet, Patrick Holfords Holford Diet.

  • Foods for Life:

Reduce your calorie intake by 200 calories per day – just cut out one or two snacks, or replace them with a healthy snack. Add 30 minutes of cardio – fast walking or bicycling. It does not make the fat melt away overnight, but it takes it off and keeps it off.
