I am a pretty chubby guy and I can handle my belly. What I really want to get rid of is that patch of fat right ablove my butt (and maybe my lovehandles. What is the best exercise to do this?

Take a pair of 5 lb dumbells, and bend over to a 45 degree angle. Hold your arms down toward your knees, and lift the dumbells to your chest. Repeat this about 10 times, cool down 30 seconds, and do it again. Do this every other day.

cardio. gotta burn some calories to get that to go away.
The best thing to do is walk for a long time maybe jog. Drink water not any other drink. Not that much fast food. Don’t be lazy on the couch all day. Eat salads and fruits. Eat out once a week (Wendsday) if you really want to lose quick don’t eat out at all. Oh and Subway is the best place to eat (trust me).
