  • The best way is treadmill exercise, walking and hiking.     Try something that gets your heart rate up quickly. The higher your heart rate the more calories you burn and it def. jump starts your metabolism too, which will help keep burning calories throughout the day.
    Possibly try running a mile outside or on the treadmill or do 20 minutes at a high level on an eliptical. Another heart pumping exercise is cardio kick boxing. You can buy a dvd and do it in the comfort of your own home…turbo jam is a great one. Hope this helps!!
