but walking, jogging and running will help…and it can also help other problem spots.
there’s no set exercise that can target just one spot.
Aerobic exercise is the best for losing fat no matter where it is. Once you loose the fat, you may decide you need to tone your abdominal muscles. That is where the target exercises will help you.
For that I would suggest the obvious: Situps and not so obvious: flutter kickes. Lay on your back, put your hands under your butt to protect your tail bone, lift both feet 6 inches into the air, then kick up to 18 inches and then back to 6 inches alternating feet. Work up to 100 or more a day.

You might be able to find one at KMart or Target. Just be sure to use some type of padding for your knees or knee pads.
