Walking. It worked for me, till I started eating too much again and stopped walking…. Gotta do it at least three days a week at a fast pace for at least forty minutes.
Crunches and Cardio and of course a healthy diet
crunches and sit ups help build abs. as well as a healthhy diet and daily exercise.
You are correct that it is cardio. The goal is to burn more calries than you take in. I have heard that a 45 minute walk at a brisk pace is the best for eliminating abdominal fat. Good luck.
