here are 5 best exercises for your legs..to lose leg fat.
-swimming
-running/jogging/walking
-lunges
-jumping on a mini trampoline
-leg squats
-riding a bicycle
-running on a threadmill
…and of course eating healthy.
These are some of the leg workouts I know and they are very effective. if I were you, I will start jogging/walking in the evenings and I will get a mini trampoline from the local store to jump on every day.
