Hi: When you exercise and lose weight you cannot target the area you want to lose weight from. You will burn fat where it is stored the most, in your case the pelvic area. Remember, muscle weights more then fat so when you get on the scale it will seen like you haven’t lost any weight even though you have. The key to losing weight is to be consistent. Make exercise a priority, like brushing your teeth. You can really do many activities, just get out and do something. To help you pelvis region you can do sit ups. Go to your local bookstore and read up on exercising and fitness. You will learn alot. You can reach your goal if you want, taking care of your body must be a lifetime priority. Also drinks alot of fluids (not soda)
and try to stay away from fast food. Take care.
