Any gentle cardio, don’t take your heart rate above 65% of your target heart rate. Always check with a doctor before starting an exercise programme.
Anything cardio! Staying away from smoking and hardcore drug use!
Cardio work outs as this gets the blood pumping round the body but make sure you do a warm up 1st and at the end do a relaxation technique this helps prevent any damage to your body such a muscles sprains etc

Anything aerobic: jogging, swimming, cycling, etc. Adjust your exertion level so that you can keep it up for, say, half an hour. For example, alternate jogging and walking.
Cardiovascular exercises are good.Cardio training is really good–like running, jogging.
