People tend to believe that losing body fat is a smooth all the time. Usually people will “zig-zag” to their way to success. There will always be periods where you are making very good progress, but there will certainly be times, when progress slows down or even stops. But you should not panic, if things are not going very well, sooner or later the curve goes up again. How long does it take to happen, depends on you.
Some people get results very quickly and some have to work really hard for them, but that is just the way it is. This could be because of genetics, or bad habits. Getting rid of those bad habits, that we have developed through many years, are hard to get rid of. If you have made poor food choices, used crash diets to lose weight,then you can expect the beginning to be a but harder and slower. But never give up because in the end of the day, all the effort will be worth it.
If you fundamentals are the same, you have high motivation and if you keep track of your progress, then you can expect the negative results to be less frequent. But when you are constantly panicing about every little detail, then it is very hard to be successful in the long-term. Losing body fat is a long-term investment, you can´t expect it to happen overnight.
