I thought this was a fantastic book not just for people trying to lose weight but for everyone! Once you get past the 1st two sections, the advice is universal. I mentioned this book to a friend who doesn’t need to lose an ounce but who has self esteem issues that weigh a ton.
I read the book through once and I’ve begun applying some of the advice given but I’ve just scratched the surface. I plan on rereading this book to get more out of it…and more out of me!!
