Any Advice For Efficient Fat Loss?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I’ve been running around 1.5-2 miles and lifting weights about every other day, and I would like to lose 5-10 lbs. I eat pretty healthy. How long will this take for me to accomplish my goal, and do you have any advice?

Lift weights 3 times a week on nonconsecutive days. Then do your aerobics on the other days. If you choose walking/jogging/running for your aerobics, it needs to be 30-45 minutes continuously. You should be able to just carry a conversation during your aerobics for you to burn fat directly. The weight lifting will help you burn fat indirectly(when resting) by boosting your metabolism. If you eat 3 meals a day, try to break that down to 5-6 smaller meals. That will help as well.
It all comes down to burning more calories than you eat in a day. All of the above will make that easier without starving yourself.
If you do this it should take from 1-2 months to lose what you want.

  • Try not to go over 1200-1300 calories a day.
Here is a site that may help you. This site has the following:
Food tracker and personalized meal plans
Customized fitness plan & exercise videos
Support from experts on message boards
Articles, recipes, tips, etc…and it’s free!

You should always focus on a strong diet/workout plan that will suit your weight loss goals and the time you need to do it. I have tried all sorts of methods to lose weight and here are the three things to concentrate on. Exercising is one of the main things you should. Some people claim to not have time but you should at least get some cardio in and get the heart racing. Then the diet is the next thing you need to consider. I’m on a strict calorie diet which brings us to the next thing. Diet pills
I have tried all sorts of them and the only ones that work are the natural ones that contain herbs. The right one will give you plenty of energy along with amazing weight loss support. I’m on Proactol which is a natural appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker. It really stops the food cravings along with blocking up to 28% of the fat you eat. It’s really incredible if your wanting to lose a lot of weight and maintain the weight you want. Read up about Proactol at http://www.theweightlossplace .com where I saved $30 on Proactol and got a lot of info there. Good luck and I hope this helps.

eat properly so that your body can produce and maintain more muscle mass, then the muscle will use up the fat
swimming is also good if you can find a lap pool.
if you don’t eat enough protein your body will try to maintian itself by storing the fat and burning muscle.

  • I’ve lost over 150 pounds after discovering I had a gluten intolerance! I weighed almost 400 pounds and was told I’d never get it off without the help of lap band surgery. Searching alternatives, I discovered the gluten issue. I gave up wheat, oats and barley and lost almost 80 pounds right away. This success led to more progress and I am currently chipping away at the remaining weight. My new book, Fat Boxing, A Guide to Weight Loss explains the simple process and philosophy I used. If you want to learn more, I write a weight loss article for Examiner.com where you can view my “report card”. Good luck!
