My doctor told me that to lose weight we need to get 8 hours per night. I personally sleep in 4 hour blocks. Calcium plays a part and exercising on an empty stomach helps to. Be sure to talk to a dietician.

There are many weight loss programs out there that have been beneficial for many and there are many that have caused more problems than benefits. So, when you embark on a weight loss program, consult experts and make sure that the program will suit your body. The best part about most weight loss programs is that you will most certainly lose weight if you follow the regimen to the ‘T’. However, the difficult part is maintaining the weight, as people tend to put on weight fast after discontinuing a weight loss program.

Could be, if you cannot also eat. However, many people end up eating quite heavily of creamy, fattening comfort foods when stressed and eating sweets and salty foods when overtired.
If you are stressed and can’t sleep, try yoga or a nice, warm bath and to control what you can–even if it means to set some of the balls you are trying to juggle down.

Yes it could very well be especially if you are used to a lot of sugars and refined carbs in your diet and now you arent getting as much your body will be craving these sending all your hormones all over and may cause mood swings and other things. It should get beeter after a while but its tough going at the time, it should pass with in a few weeks, Good Luck
