Do I Need To Ride My Exercise Bike Everyday For Best Results?

I try to ride 20-30 minutes a day on my exercise bike everyday, but some days I feel lazy, tired and then very guilty if I don’t. This has been my routine for the past 3 weeks. Is this normal? What advice, training tips can you give me?

20-30 minutes is barely a warmup, you ought to aiming for longer.
FWIW, this time of year you ought to be riding outside, not inside. Riding indoors every day all year round will turn your brain to mush. Change it up some. Swim, run, go hiking, play tennis.
