Diet pills dont always work they only make a person become dependent on them so that once they stop taking them they get fat…Try using actual green tea not the pills! A way to lose weight is to simply eat healthier foods and try excercizing. Don’t eat late at night and do not eat foods that will defer weight loss. Its that simple…a pill isnt going to change your weight.

do u think losing weight easily comes in a magic pill? that attitude is just plain laziness. and the more you stay lazy the more you will stay the way you are.
losing weight comes with eating right and exercising, discipline and loving yourself.
some people love their car more and treat their car better…giving it the best gasoline and oil etc…but god forbid they pay attn to what goes into their body.
now stop that lazy attitude. throw away those pills. eat right. if you hate exercise, find something to do thats active that doesnt feel like exercise–running to the mall, taking the stairs instead of the escalator, swimming, dancing for an hour to 80s songs alone in your room when no one’s watching ( i do it)walking your dog an extra mile. your doggie would love it.

And since you’re lazy and didnt my read whole message correctly what I meant about being lazy is MENTALLY LAZY. You can work out 10 hours straight and still be mentally lazy. If you can’t control you’re thoughts on whether to eat an extra burger or not, then you’re LAZY.
