Alli weight loss pills would be your best bet. Alli Weight loss pills are simply fabulous. It is an exciting development who are above 18 yrs and the Body Mass Index over 28. Alli weight loss pills surely helps you regain your shape only if you are committed to healthier eating.
Its true that, there are numerous weight loss pills out there in the market niche but from my personal experience, Alli is definitely different.

They don’t work. Nothing will beat diet and exercise.
Sorry… forgot to say great post – can’t wait to read your next one!

Sort of. Some of the fibre complex ones make you feel a bit fuller and so less inclined to binge eat, but they won’t make you lose weight as such.
There is a drug called Xenical (sometimes spelled Zenical, Zenecal or Xenecal) that prevents your gut from absorbing fat, but it has a nasty side effect – if you eat anything fatty while taking it, you get oily greasy diarrhoea. Infact that’s how it works – it causes you to lose weight because you are less likely to eat fatty foods if you know you’re going to get the runs from it.
Ultimately though, the best way to lose weight is to eat less and move more.

Most weight loss pills give promise that you can really lose weight swiftly. As more people are suffering from obesity, the market is overloaded with many weight loss supplements that promise you with a slim body. There are different types of natural diet pills such as metabolism boosters, fat binders, carb blockers, appetite suppressants, thermogenic calorie burners, and thyroid supplements that are currently sold in the market.
If you want to lose some weight, it is not necessary to take natural weight loss pills and supplements. The ugly side effect from taking weight loss pills may outweigh the benefit. The whole idea of a successful weight loss program is to approach it in a realistic manner without compromising your overall health. The following are some of the criteria of a good weight loss program.
    • Without using any diet pills or supplements. Although a few type of diet pills have been approved by FDA but there were cases at some point in time, the FDA have approved a drug that is certified safe for the public but later recalls it back when there is a new finding that the drug is not safe in the long term.
    • The weight loss program is affordable by all and don’t need to pay a monthly fees to use it. In contrast to diet pills regime where you need to buy it on a regular basis and the amount of lose weight will reversed back when you stop consuming it.
    • The weight loss program must prove to be effective in the short and long-term, without need to endure starvation and without any daily athletic workout. (But taking a light exercise every few days is highly recommended).
Since 2005 I have tried reducing my weight using most of the so-called popular weight loss program from the internet but with no avail until I meet the following weight loss program that’s finally worked for me with all the above criteria. I’m confident that it will work for you too.

    Hi,
I took alli and yes it does work! There has been so much publicity on this weight loss pill that I thought I’d give it a go. It’s been great, I’ve lost so much weight!
I know you can buy it in Boots stores but I got mine from WeightWorld.co.uk.
I wasn’t too sure about the pills so called them up and the lady was really nice. Toldd me everything I wanted to know about the pills.

  • Only those ‘weight loss pills’ which are actually all-natural supplements are good for you, and yes if you know the right ones to look for they will work for you.
Although this is not a “weight loss pill”, try ginseng supplements. Also, check out Resveratrol Select, which includes green tea extract and chromium as well. This stuff rox!

I don’t know, I wouldn’t think so. Unless your doctor perscribes it, I wouldn’t think that it has been clinically proven.
I took xenical, and so did my mother, which is the perscribed version of alle (its 2x the strenght of alle) but there are requirements such as a high BMI. It helps by blocking the absorbtion of fat in the digestive system, but there are plenty of negative side effects. It does work, it assists a diet and exercise change and can help you really loose the LBS. My mom lost 100lbs in 2 years, she has kept it off. I think that if you are interested in any of these weight loss pills you should talk to your doc. and on the plus side if it gets prescibed to you its probably a whole lot cheaper!! (xenical perscribed is around £7.00 for three months, bought online its like £300.00 for 3 months)

    Resveratrol and Weight Loss
Resveratrol Antioxidants and Weight Loss: A Good Pairing? The golden rule in weight loss is pretty simple: take in fewer calories than you expend in exercise. However, as any dieter will tell you, it’s far from easy. Americans spend billions of dollars a year on weight loss supplements, exercise programs and other diet aids—and still we can’t seem to win the battle of the bulge—even when we get desperate enough to try risky surgery or fad diets.Recently a new product has come to light that may help people trying to lose weight stay on the healthy end of the spectrum: Resveratrol Select, which is unlike many diet supplements in that it uses a combination of natural and herbal ingredients designed to help the body stay healthy while losing weight. How? By mimicking certain aspects of the Mediterranean diet.Studies have shown that part of America’s war with weight lies in the uniquely modern American combination of stressful lifestyle and fast-food consumption, and that the Mediterranean diet and lifestyle seem to be more conducive to healthier weight levels and longevity. In fact, much as been made on the news in recent months of the purported “French Paradox,” (how the French eat a high-fat diet, enjoy rich desserts, drink wine and still have better cardiovascular health than the rest of us). One of the biggest differences between the American and French diet seems to be the wine consumption, and red wine (a staple on most Mediterranean tables) contains one of nature’s most powerful antioxidants, resveratrol, which is a key ingredient in Resveratrol Select. In addition to wine, resveratrol is also found in grape skins, blueberries, cranberries and other plants, and recent animal and in vitro studies indicate that it can have a positive effect on helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, supporting insulin health and optimizing metabolic and immune pathways that protect cells and improve mitochondrial function. * And one capsule of Resveratrol Select includes as much resveratrol as 200 glasses of wine—without the added calories that alcohol can add to the waistline. But consuming resveratrol alone isn’t enough to help with weight loss—so the manufacturers of Resveratrol Select also added a different type of antioxidant, Green Tea Extract (EGCG), which could make a big difference. Over time, green tea consumption helps increase metabolism, burn fat and reduce fat storage due to its caffeine and L-theanin content, which can be pivotal in helping to maintain energy for exercise. *Resveratrol Select combines these two powerful antioxidants with yet another energy boosting ingredient, Chromium, a niacin-based mineral that plays an important role in how the body uses insulin to burn sugars, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for energy.*Although relatively new to the market, Resveratrol Select seems to be making a big splash, and many people are taking advantage of the free trial offer to see how well the product works for them. The trial offer also includes two bonus tools to help with weight loss: an e-book with over 70 weight loss tips, and a weight loss visualization audio.Of course, consuming fewer calories while burning more is the most efficient form of weight loss, and it’s always a good idea to inform your doctor before taking a weight loss supplement, but this new combination herbal supplement is worth a look for those concerned about maintaining good health while losing weight. For more information on Resveratrol Select’s free trial offer and bonus materials, visit

    Alli is your best bet.
They are FD Approved because you need a prescription for this substance in stronger doses. They are the only diet pill that I have ever tried that really works. If you eat bad foods, you will feel horrible and be on the toilet all night. The only drawback is that some people stop taking the pills, but keep eating the junk.

  • Venessa:

yes some of them do work , i have used acomplia 20mg its safe and gives faster results then other pills , check this out for more info

  • SJ:

If they seem too good to be true, it probably is. The majority of these so called weight loss pills don’t work.
