Does Anyone Know Of A Good Diet Pill That Mainly Supresses Your Hunger?

I’m going on a diet tomorrow. I exercise too; but I always feel hungry when on a diet. That’s why I’m looking for a pill that will help me with that. Any suggestions? A friend of mine suggested Comtrex even if that is not a diet pill, he says, kinda suppresses your apetite. What do you think?

    on the gum topic be careful if the gum is not sugarless it will race your sugar level and make you very hungry.. Eating gum is none to MAKE YOU HUNGRY.. My thought because I am not a doctor is the Pills are not healthy… why not try a low carb diet… low carb snacks such a almonds will do as a good snack in between meals. on the low carb way try drinking some chicken broth in between meals, you can add spices to make it taste great. Chicken broth fills you. they also say chicken and beef bullion’s are good. GOOD LUCK

    Diet pills aren’t that healthy. I eat a type of grain bar that makes you not want to eat for a good 8 hours, After you eat the bar. The bar is only 100 calories. Gum is less money and calories, but Chewing gum of any kind isn’t good for your teeth.

  • a diet without eating properly will help loose weight, but you’ll be loosing more muscle than fat, thus after u quit dieting, it will come bak… so, dont suppress ur hunger, learn how to eat better .. ive lost 33lbs in the last 2 months, believe it or not, and i dont go hungry.. i walked, now run, for 20-30 min, 3-5 days a week.. i eat a light breakfast, 2 hrs later i have an apple, i like apples, i eat a lunch, no pizzas , hamburgers ect., 2 hrs later i eat an apple and then supper i eat chicken baked with salad and vegitables,, ill eat a bowl of cereal before i go to bed. and thats what i do.. i dont c y it wouldnt work for u too
