Hi
I have never tried it but I just had a quick look at the website and I wouldnt be paying for information I can get on the internet for free.
There are loads of sites that have great informatoin and won’t cost you a cent. One of them is below.
Basically even if this program did what it says it can ‘lose all the weight you want eating the foods you love’ it would only be short term and you would eventually gain back all you lost. Unfortunately the best way to lose weight and body fat is
1. Eat good nutrition – 5-6 small meals a day
2. Choose foods such as unprocessed, lean meats, good nuts and fruit and vegetables
3. Get yourself a good exercise routine such as wlking for a half hour a day (or anything that gets your heart rate up)
This will get you losing weight – and more importantly losing body fat.
Best of luck
Eating fewer calories and stretching them out over several meals is a great way to keep your metabolism high. There is something called calorie shifting that alternates the number of calories in each meal to trick your body into burning off more when you are at rest.
