This diet does really work! Some of my friends have used it and lost weight and have kept it off. There is a forum at caloriesperhour.com that has a lot of active users of Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Just go to the forum, and then scroll down, and go to the Fat Loss 4 Idiots section. In that section, you’ll see all the threads that people have started about the diet. There is one at the top that is like a million pages long. That is a very active thread, and a lot of users of the diet are on that thread daily.
