Me and my friend want to try the fat loss for idiots program, but we’d like some feedback from people who have used it in the past before we try it. Does it work?

    All diets work if you dont cheat, drink water, and exercise.
    it costs 39.99. The site is secure and they will never charge you again.
    With that they will give you a download on tips for eating healthy, working out, myths about certain foods, etc.
    The real diet is in the form of a website. I can give you the name of the website but you need to create a username and password to get in which they will give you with your purchase.
    Once you get in you choose 15-30 foods from a list they provide. The foods are mostly high in protein and low in carbs. Since you are picking foods you like the diet is very doable. You can use this site forever and re-create your diet as much as you like. I re-did mine 3 times because i didnt want to buy too many things that might go bad.
    Eggs, deli meat, nuts, and fish are some of the main ingredients i chose.
    It keeps the diet full of variety and you never get hungry because it instructs you to eat 4 times a day and just enough that you are satisfied but not full.
    That couples with exercise and lots of water will give you a 5-10lb loss every 11 days.
    After the 11 days you take a 3 day break and eat whatever you like. This tricks your body to think you eat foods like that all the time so it spikes your metabolism. But again its still eating 4 times a day just before your full.

    • Cottage Cheese
    • Turkey Slices
    • Fresh Apples

    For Meal #2 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it’s up to you).
    *There are NO LIMITS ON PORTIONS (you get to choose how much to eat —- but please remember that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel “full”, that’s the only rule).
    • Walnuts
    • Ham Slices
    Meal #3:
    For Meal #3 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it’s up to you).

    • Hard Boiled Eggs
    • Roast Beef Slices

    NO I’ve heard from a lot of people (including myself) that it DOES NOT WORK
