Hi, I was wondering how you can get the real thin but lil muscular arms? ive seen girls with big huge muscular arms that dont even take steroids or anything like that..and im really curvy but work out all the time and i think i might be working out too much with too much weight cuz theres girls with big arms and girls with real thin muscluar toned arms. ya know? so what should i do??? ex: im muscular but i still have a lil meat on my bones i need to get rid of but im afraid i might push it too far and get big muscular arms..im already headed down that road and my arms are my own concern here.

Mix Cardiovascular and Weight training.
Jogging and running will keep the weight down.
Weight training will tone and make your arms look more defined. It will NOT make you bulk up as you don’t have enough testosterone for bulking up.
Try – Push ups, bicep curls, chest presses, deltoid raises. Even swimming will help.
