What not to do. Don’t rush off and buy the first diet you come across. The first thing you should do is to sit down and calmly think about the bad habits that have caused you to become overweight. Then have a very close look at your diet.
Do you eat a lot of sugar? How much salt you think you consume in the day? What do you think your intake of saturated fatty is? If you have a no idea, then perhaps it’s time that you gave yourself some proper attention. Not to know what you’re eating and the effect it is having on you is not sensible.
There are two types of fat that you should know about. One is saturated fat and the other is unsaturated fat. Saturated fat is sometimes classified as bad fat. You should avoid saturated fat as much as possible. To give you an idea it is mainly found in animal products. It is also in dairy products. Have a look at the packaging on the food you buy. Make sure the fat levels are low. A low level of fat might be 3 g or less per 100 grams.
Let’s just take one element and see how you can’t make some changes that will help you to remove your belly fat. Let’s look at fat. Fat is the most calorie dense nutrient that we eat. We need fat, but there are different types of fat. Some do us good and some are harmful. What you need to do is to understand which is which and be aware where harmful fats lie.
If you want to make an immediate difference to your diet don’t eat any fast foods or ready meals. These are usually full of saturated fat, sugar and salt. This immediate action will have a very positive effect on your belly fat. You should follow it up by following a proper diet program like the one below. The threat from your belly fat is serious.
