Please dont be rude i have lost over 3 stone but im strugglin with the last stone and have gained half a stone over christmas.Im desperate to lose this weight and am planning on starting the diet tomoro first day back at work am abit of a chocoholic any tips on how to stick to my diet xxx

OMG same-I LOVE CHOCOLATE been eating more and more over xmas! But the thing is i have WILL POWER and if i say to myself no i will get fat, i imagine myself as a “sumo” [[lol]] and then yeah…. i try a healthy alternative instead!!

If you have to have a chocolate fix and come on don’t we all,you are better off getting the darkest chocolate you can find as the darker the chocolate the less fat it has in it.
I find Lidl do a good range of dark chocolate that doesn’t cost the earth either.
Congratulations on your weight loss and I am sure you will have no problem reaching your goal weight.
Try those low calorie frozen chocolate bars to tame your chocolate cravings.
try a biggish bowel of cereal in the morning or poached eggs, dont take choccy or junk food with you to work and dont give yourself any spare money to buy sweets otherwise with the stresses of the day start to kick in it becomes tempting to comfort eat , after your tea treat yourself to something like malteasers or a flake cos there a lot less fattening
I love chocolate too and would not like to give it up completely. So, here’s an idea: buy only the super expensive stuff and only eat it sparingly. Since it’s so expensive you wouldn’t want to just gobble it down like a Hershey bar. Make the calories worth it!
well u cant just give it up, it’ll haunt u til u binge and eat a whole lot. just eat it in moderation, it’ll help keep u from binging on chocolate and u’ll get to eat what u love.
Don’t buy any
If you spot it – look away
If you get offered it – say no
Drink plenty of water. it dosnt make u as hungry.
Le your self have one bar a week or somthing, Its not good to cut it out compleetys and go cold turkey as you only want it more!
Dont go near the vending machine, ( more tempting lol)
Eat somthing nice that you like. somthing like starberries that are sweet but good for you, Get grapes and sit them on your desk and nibble them insted!

get some will-power and don’t buy it. If its not there you won’t eat it. When i gave up chocolate i craved it for like the first 2 weeks and then after that i didn’t want any.
Brush your teeth anytime you feel a craving come on or chew gum. That of course will only work if you dislike mint choc. Or you can try eating oranges or drinking orange juice regularly, ever eaten chocolate after drinking/eating orange? it tastes pretty damn yucky.
I have a severe chocolate addiction! Try chewing gum whenever it hits you. It’s hard to get away from that luscious stuff!
don’t buy Chocolate………buy an healthy alternative……appels, bannas, rasins………something healthy sweet.
