How Can I Tell When I Need New Fitness Shoes?
![]() |
I only ever wear them in the fitness studio, never outside or on the street – so they don’t look worn down at all. But I have had them for three years now – and go to aerobics class on average once or twice a week.
Since they don’t look worn down, how can I tell if they still have good support??

Even when you don’t use the shoes that often, over time the materials in the shoe will lose some of its strength. I good sign that you may need to invest in a new pair of shoes is when you start to feel pain in your feet, knees hips etc.
if your feet hurt when u wear them then you need new ones.
when the soles start coming apart, or when you need to wear two pairs of socks to keep the stink in
if they feel like they did when you bought them
when your wallets feels like it has a little extra weight in it that it needs to get rid of.
to be honest honey babe? you don’t need fitness shoes. as long as you go out and get your fitness done and have fun that is all that matters. the same way how i do a bundle a sports but i don’t have any shoes or clothing for them
