How Do You Cook Chicken Breasts For Someone Who Is On A Diet?

I’m on a diet and I want to have some chicken breasts. What’s the best way to cook chicken so that it has the lowest possible calorie count? The taste doesn’t matter to me. It can taste as bland as possible as long as its cooked and not raw.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked in olive oil or even using a cooking spray. You can even add a light coating of Italian seasoning, with a little egg if you like, just keep the oil to a minimum. Or you can bake the chicken.
Try experimenting with spices and other healthy flavorings like lemon juice, tyme, rosemary, sage, cumen, etc.
You can ALSO add a little bar b que sauce. It adds some calories, but zero fat and is pretty guiltless.
You can cut them into strips , season and saute. Or you can batch cook a bunch of them in a slow cooker. Use chicken stock or bullion and seasoning. Sore in an airtight container and refridgerate. You can also choose to shred, dice , cube, etc, them. These can be used later in salads ,sandwichs , soups,tacos etc. Anything that you can imagine. I hope this helps.
Salt and pepper your chicken.
Put in a shallow dish
Pour a glass of spicy ( or mild) fat free salsa on top. cover with clingfilm, pierce cling film.
Microwave on medium high for 5 minutes, check if cooked through by piercing with a wooden stick, if not give it another 3 minutes

The trick is to remove the fatty part, which is the skin and directly under, so remove the skin and steam or boil the chicken breast. You can still make it taste nice by adding spice.
i ate chicken almost everynight when i was on a diet and the best to me was to marinade it and then bake in the oven. almost any marinade was fine. i lost 20 pounds. portion control is everything.
If you have nonstick, you can grill or saute (try a bit of broth or wine if you’d like). Otherwise, boil, broil, or steam.
bake, boil, steam, broil, or grill are all good choices as long as you remove the skin before hand.
