How Long Until I Start To See Diet And Exercise Results?

I’ve been dieting and exercising for 3 weeks. I only eat 1500 calories a day and exercise(for one hour) almost everyday. I’m frustrated because I’ve only lost 2 pounds. I’m trying to lose at least 20. How much longer is this gonna take? Any advice?
