How Many Calories Do We Burn In A Groupx Class At 24hr Fitness ?

I work out everyday with half hour of cardio (Running, Cycling or elliptical machines) and burn appr. 300-400 calories. Recently I started feeling bored so I tried the GroupX classes at 24hr fitness. I have tried KickBoxing & Cycling (Both are 60 min) which r gr8.
Can anyone tell me how many calories do we burn appr. in these classes?

It all depends on your height and weight but if it’s an hour long class you could burn up to approx. 700 cals if you keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone the whole time.
You can buy a Polar watch that counts the amount of calories you burn based on your age, height, weight and heart rate.
How many calories you burn depends on primarily 2 main things (there are others like weight/etc but these 2 are most important):
1) The ‘intensity’ of your workout. (Intensity can be any on of these things: speed, resistance, weights/no-weights, mindset/state-of-mind, how much you are pushing yourself, etc)
2) The ‘duration’ of your workout. (Duration is obviously the time you invest in working out)
For a 60min GroupX class, you should be easily burning a minimum of 600 to 1000 calories. On average, I think most people burn about 700-800 calories in a 60min class. However, if your duration is 45mins but intensity is extremely high in the GroupX class, you could very well be burning more than 700calories in 45mins.
