I’m 5′ 8″ and over the past 4 weeks, I’ve lost 16 pounds. However, I don’t really notice any clear difference in the shape of my body.
I was 203 pounds, and now I’m 187.
How many more pounds must I lose before actually seeing real weight loss results.

As a rule of thumb Im 5 ft 5 I drop a dress size every 10lbs or so. I find people comment when youve lost two dress sizes.
Also its very hard to see your body changing so it is absolutely vital you measure your waist, chest etc measurements say every two weeks, then you know its changing. Keep a diary.
Exercise is the best way to make sure you lose as much of the weight from fat. That makes you look even better for every pound lost.
Addnl: Dont think it makes any difference if youre f or m, my guess to go from 36 in waist to a 34 in is 10lbs or so and I only really notice when my husband has put on a stone or so or loses it.
All other advice still stands
Just try to lose 2 pounds every week. If you lose 2 pound every week you will lose 8 pouns a month.
I saw this crazy cell pill on Fox News
I saw people talking bout this pill called Stemulife on Fox News so I bought it about 1 month ago just for the hell of it.
I’m working out 2 times a week and some weeks I don’t work out and I do not have any special diets.
I lost about 8 pounds in 27 days, that’s about 2 pounds per week which adds up if it continues like this.
I think it’s these cell pills that are helping me, well I don’t know but I’m happy with the results, I have 2 kids and a dog don’t have much time for diets and the gym, and It looks like I’m finally going to start to get back to the shape I used to be.
I fell alot more alert and at night I sleep alot better, it still to soon to judge if it really works or not, has any one else tried these pills?
Well I just wanted to share this with you guys.
I ordered the pills from stemulife.net and I could not find it at any local GNC in the Mall, like they said there is no side effects, uhmmm…. don’t know about that, don’t take my word for it, I didn’t fell any thing weird, but I will stop taking it if I fell any kind of negative results, but for now it’s doing the trick.
that’s because 187lbs is still a lot
I notice the daily 1-4lbs that I fluctuate from morning to night

5’0″=100lbs
5’1″=105lbs
5’2″=110lbs
5’3″=115lbs
5’4″=120lbs
5’5″=125lbs
5’6″=130lbs
5’7″=135lbs
5’8″=140lbs
5’9″=145lbs
(this weight chart gives a healthy weight to height ratio according to a BMI scale and even gives a few pounds to spare)
If you lose another ten then you will see great results. I think that you should way 160. If you are muscular then you should weigh more. Just get to a weight that makes you feel comfortable.
